MANUFACTURING FINAL TEST EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing
Engineering, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/test engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiar with test equipment, diagnostic tools, and failure analysis techniques.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for manufacturing test processes and production lines.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation on rejected or failed units.
- Drive yield improvement activities and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop, maintain, and optimize test procedures, test plans, and work instructions.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and ensure smooth product ramp-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Analyze test data and generate reports for management review.
- Work closely with suppliers/vendors for test hardware or fixture improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
