Robert Reimers Enterprises Inc., in partnership with Omanfil, is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide excellent beverage service in its restaurant and hospitality operations in the Marshall Islands.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience working abroad is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking bar supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash or process payments when necessary.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
