Kitchen Helper / Steward

Qualifications:

• Foreign experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Physically fit with good stamina
• Detail-oriented with strong precision and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients as instructed
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
• Ensure proper storage of food supplies and ingredients
• Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Support kitchen operations during busy hours
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages

Requirements:

• Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a picture

Important Notes:

• WEEKDAYS – No walk-ins, Drop box submission only (Mon–Fri)
