Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor broadcast automation systems, play out servers, and transmission equipment during live and scheduled broadcasts.
- Ensure all programs, advertisements, promos, and station branding elements air at the correct time.
- Monitor on-air signals for quality compliance, reporting, and resolving technical issues immediately.
- Coordinate with programming, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition between segments.
- Log and document on-air activities, including discrepancies, outages, or delays.
- Follow delayed broadcast schedules and make time adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and broadcast regulations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to IT Engineers when required.
- Assist in loading content and ensuring backup material is available.
- Maintain a clean and organized control room.
