Office Administrator

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor broadcast automation systems, play out servers, and transmission equipment during live and scheduled broadcasts.
  • Ensure all programs, advertisements, promos, and station branding elements air at the correct time.
  • Monitor on-air signals for quality compliance, reporting, and resolving technical issues immediately.
  • Coordinate with programming, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition between segments.
  • Log and document on-air activities, including discrepancies, outages, or delays.
  • Follow delayed broadcast schedules and make time adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and broadcast regulations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to IT Engineers when required.
  • Assist in loading content and ensuring backup material is available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized control room.
