Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the food service industry.
• No minimum educational attainment required, but high school or vocational course diploma is preferred.
• Food safety training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed information about the menu and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Present menu and provide detailed information to guests when asked (e.g., portions, ingredients, food allergies).
• Take orders and accurately communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery.
• Assist with daily specials and menu updates, ensuring that guests are informed of any changes or new items.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations (e.g., for parties).
• Ensure that tables are set up properly and cleaned promptly after use.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
