HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Hairdresser or in a similar role.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in a related field is required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for hair styling.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs, preferences, and desired style.
• Recommend suitable haircuts, hairstyles, and hair colors based on the client’s facial features, hair type, and lifestyle.
• Perform hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, and treatments.
• Provide various hair coloring services, ensuring clients are asked about possible hair dye sensitivities or allergies before application.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable salon experience.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques.
