FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or a related field.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• At least 2+ years of construction experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workers and maintain productivity on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily construction operations and manage workflow on the job site.
• Adjust work schedules and activities due to weather conditions, project changes, or delays.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise crew members and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to guide construction work.
• Ensure all workers follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding site progress
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
