Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a cook or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Strong culinary knowledge, including various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and mincing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
• Cooking: Cook food using various methods such as grilling, frying, boiling, and sautéing according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Dish Assembly: Plate and present dishes in an appealing manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Kitchen Coordination: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency during busy service periods.
• Quality Control: Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning at all times.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
