Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in baking or a related field.
• High school diploma required; degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of baked goods to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health regulations in the bakery.
• Prepare a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked products according to recipes and standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality and inventory to ensure smooth production.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and work to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in training junior bakery staff and maintaining an organized workspace.
