Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours
- Team-oriented ,hardworking, and responsible
- Willing to follow kitchen standards, instructions, and workplace rules
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare,cook,and serve avariety of authentic Chinese dishes
- Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste and quality
- Assist in meal planning and preparation of ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning)
- Ensure proper food handling ,storage ,and labeling to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Support the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in daily kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory and report kitchen supply needs to supervisors
