Estimator (Aluminum Doors & Windows)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in aluminum doors, windows, façade, or glazing works.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial projects, or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASTM, BS, EN) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, glass types, hardware, and accessories.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD; experience with estimation software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of local market rates, suppliers, and fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
