Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (hospitality/management preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in operations, staff supervision, and guest relations.
  • Oversee shift operations and ensure service efficiency.
  • Handle reservations, guest complaints, and special requests.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering.
  • Conduct staff briefings and ensure grooming and service standards are maintained.
  • Support event setups and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
