COLD CHEF (Sushi Chef)

Qualifications:

• Not more than 45 years old
• At least 5 years of related experience as Sushi Chef / Cold Chef
• Proven experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-standard, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Professional appearance and good work ethics

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other cold dishes according to standard recipes
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene procedures
• Monitor inventory of seafood and other ingredients
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure timely service
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction

• Seminars and trainings attended
• Valid passport
