HIGHLY SKILLED BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate or any Vocational Course Attainment
• Must be 3 years’ experience in abroad or 5 years local
• Must have English proficiency (IELTS/PTE)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing formwork using wood, metal or plastic
• Valid Passport, TESDA Cert, Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Station Meat
  • Kill 2 beasts per week. This may vary depending on numbers at the station.
  • Break down two killers per week.
  • Ensure new brine for each killer – make up as per recipe on cold room wall.
  • Mincemeat, make sausages, cut up all cuts of meat into steaks, stew meat, stir fry portions and bag & label accordingly.
  • Organization of meat freezers, rotating stock
  • Keeping a inventory of items / ingredients used daily so they can be re ordered as needed
• Cleanliness
  • Butcher shop, freezer, cold room and all appliances and implements associated with butchering are to be kept clean.
  • Use plenty of hot water and appropriate sanitizing products.
  • Floor should be scrubbed with hot water and sanitizing product.
• General
  • Keep everything tidy at all times.
  • Always have one full Gas bottle at the kitchen at all times. Used bottle are to be taken to the storage area.
  • When time permits or management requires other jobs done such as handyman work, eg. Painting, minor repairs to station buildings and furniture, hanging curtains, setting up washing machines etc.
  • Assisting the Gardener

Requirements:

• Passport (more than 6 months validity)
• English Test IELTS Band Score of 5 , if any
• Academic Transcript (High School, College, Graduate Studies
• Employment History (where Applicable)
• Updated CV/Resume
• Certificate of Training (Related)
• NBI/POLICE Clearance
• Valid Government IDs
