Sans International Company is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that civil works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 

Foreman (Civil)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction works (excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials on site
• Monitor work progress and report to site engineers and project management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices
• Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve site issues
• Support timely completion of assigned work activities
