Architecture Project Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in architectural project engineering
• Experience in construction or building projects
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, materials, and detailing
• Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Familiarity with project planning and coordination processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts on site
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic architectural software

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise architectural works such as finishes, façade, fit-out, and interior works
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Conduct inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and clients
• Resolve architectural design and site-related issues
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and as-built records
