Planning / Scheduler Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Familiarity with EPC or infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software
  • Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
  • Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Support resource planning and cash flow forecasting
  • Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and project milestones
