Amin Construction Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and according to design specifications and quality standards. 

Site Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
  • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and construction challenges
  • Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory control
  • Support project managers and senior engineers in planning and execution
