FRUIT FARM SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum high school graduate or relevant technical diploma/certificate related to agriculture or farming
• At least 1–5 years of relevant work experience in fruit farming or agricultural supervision
• Knowledge of fruit crop cultivation, irrigation systems, and harvesting techniques
• Basic supervisory and leadership skills
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of farm workers and laborers
• Plan and monitor fruit planting, cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting activities
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of fruit trees and crops
• Monitor crop health and identify pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of farming tools, machinery, and equipment
• Implement farm schedules to meet production targets
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with agricultural and workplace regulations
• Maintain basic records related to farm operations and output
• Report progress, issues, and resource requirements to farm management
• Assist in training and guiding farm staff as needed
