Workshop Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience in managing or supervising a workshop or maintenance team
• Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to plan and schedule maintenance works efficiently
• Experience in inventory control of tools, spare parts, and consumables
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare maintenance reports and work schedules
• Willing to work overseas and in a site-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the mechanical workshop
• Supervise mechanics and technicians and ensure quality workmanship
• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of vehicles and equipment
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Monitor availability and usage of tools, spare parts, and workshop supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare maintenance, inventory, and operational reports
• Coordinate with management regarding equipment status and repair requirements
• Perform hands-on mechanical work when required
