FOOD PROCESSING PLANT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in food processing or manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or plant operations role is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage large teams and production operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food processing, and proper handling
• Experience in ERP systems and relevant production technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
• Experience in budget management is an advantage
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and oversee food processing and manufacturing operations
• Analyze and interpret production data to improve efficiency and output
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Supervise and manage production staff and large operational teams
• Coordinate production schedules and meet tight deadlines
• Utilize ERP systems and production-related software
• Support budget planning, cost control, and resource management
• Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain clear communication across departments and management
