Housekeeping – Public Area Associate

Qualifications:

  • 22–30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Presentable with good communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Certificate of Employment (COE) / NC II is required

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and public spaces
  • Ensure public areas are always guest-ready
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines

Benefits:

Loyalty Bonus:

  • 1 month basic salary after 1 year of service
  • 1.5 months basic salary after 2 years of service
