Spa Therapist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• At least high school graduate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of massage rooms, equipment, and facilities.
• Stay knowledgeable in massage techniques, spa services, pricing, and assist guests across spa, gym, and reception when needed.
• Ensure guest compliance with spa guidelines, participate in safety training (CPR, First Aid), and build strong relationships with members and clients.
• Greet guests, discuss their needs, health history, allergies, and preferences to tailor treatments.
• Perform massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, and other services skillfully and safely.
• Maintain spotless treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Recommend and sell spa products and services, explaining benefits to clients
