Centrecom PTE Limited, a global BPO company in the Republic of Fiji, is looking for an Organizational Development & Capability Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that elevate the skills and performance of our customer service teams. 

Organizational Development & Capability Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field
• Experience in coaching, leadership development, or mentorship programs
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, customer experience, and performance management
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software
• Certificate IV in Training & Development or equivalent

Requirements:
