PHYSICAL THERAPY

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Professional License Examination)
• Strong clinical skills in physical rehabilitation and patient management
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions through observation, movement analysis, and diagnostic tests
• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations to establish treatment goals
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans for conditions such as back injuries, neurological disorders, post-operative cases, and sports injuries
• Administer hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, stretching, massage, and manual techniques
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document clinical outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility techniques, and long-term injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Promote patient independence and improved quality of life through functional rehabilitation
