ASSISTANT SHIFT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- With at least 2 years valid passport
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain restaurant standards for food quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
