Instrumentation Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as an Instrumentation Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems
• Monitor instrumentation equipment performance and ensure operational reliability
• Assign tasks and oversee the work of instrumentation technicians and engineers
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
• Maintain documentation, logs, and reports of instrumentation activities
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and management to achieve project objectives
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for instrumentation systems
