NBTC Group is seeking skilled Offshore Structure Fitters to perform assembly, fitting, and installation of structural steel components for offshore Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working at heights and offshore environments, ensuring precision, quality, and safety compliance.

Structure Fitter – Offshore

Qualifications:

• Technical certificate, diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical/Structural trade.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Structure Fitter in offshore or Oil & Gas projects.
• Ability to work at heights and in offshore conditions.
• Familiarity with offshore safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Middle East experience preferred; KSA offshore experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads and work in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, fit, and install structural steel components according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and structural blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and align steel components accurately.
• Assist in welding, bolting, and fastening of structural components as required.
• Ensure structural alignment and tolerances comply with project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, rigging teams, and other trades on site.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and material in proper working condition.
• Follow all HSE, offshore safety, and site regulations.
• Participate in pre-inspections and support QA/QC activities.
