NBTC Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver Oil & Gas mechanical projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overall project execution, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and HSE compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects, with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience in mechanical works such as piping, static & rotating equipment, and structural interfaces.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, contracts, and cost control.
• Middle East experience required; KSA experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical project execution from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, client specifications, and HSE standards.
• Manage project risks, changes, variations, and claims.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to applicable codes and standards
• Drive safety culture and ensure zero-harm objectives on site.
