Job Vacancy: Work Permit Receiver

NBTC Group is seeking a certified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to support Oil & Gas project operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures all work activities are executed safely and in full compliance with the client’s Permit to Work (PTW) system and HSE requirements.
Work Permit Receiver
Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certification (engineering or safety-related preferred).
- Valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certification (Saudi Aramco or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a WPR in Oil & Gas or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of PTW systems, including hot work, cold work, confined space, and work at height permits.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and emergency procedures.
- Middle East experience preferred; KSA experience is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and ensure compliance with issued work permits before starting any job.
- Coordinate with Permit Issuer, site supervisors, and HSE teams regarding PTW requirements.
- Verify that risk assessments, method statements, and job safety analyses are in place.
- Ensure all control measures, isolations, gas tests, and precautions are implemented.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workforce awareness of permit conditions.
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with permit conditions.
- Suspend work if unsafe conditions or permit violations are observed.
- Close and return permits upon job completion and ensure proper handover.
- Maintain records of permits, certificates, and related documentation.
