NBTC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Gate Pass Coordinator to support Oil & Gas project operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for coordinating, processing, and controlling gate passes for manpower, materials, equipment, and vehicles in compliance with client and site security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in gate pass coordination or site administration, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
• Familiarity with client security systems and access control procedures.
• Experience working in the Middle East; KSA experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and track gate passes for personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
• Coordinate with client security, site administration, and project teams for approvals.
• Ensure all gate pass requests comply with site, client, and security regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of issued, renewed, and expired gate passes.
• Follow up on pending approvals and renewals to avoid access delays.
• Assist in mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Communicate gate pass procedures and requirements to site teams and subcontractors.
• Handle queries related to site access and security documentation.
