NBTC Group is looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to support Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Planning Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Experience in progress measurement, resource loading, and cost integration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Track project progress and analyze schedule deviations and delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering, procurement, and construction departments.
- Support delay analysis, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with contract requirements and project milestones.
- Review contractor and subcontractor schedules and progress reports.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning input.
