Instrument and Control Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Must be graduate of Engineering Courses preferably in Electronics/ Instrumentation or in any relevant courses
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, marketing or business development maintenance and services (industry-specific experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office; with other software experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Promote company products and solutions to consultants, contractors and end users
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings
  • Review tender document and specifications
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets to ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions
  • Support clients during pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical clarifications
  • Follow up on tender evaluations and clarifications
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and equipment; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures and requesting special services
  • Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs or replacements
  • Provide on-site technical support during breakdowns and emergencies
  • Mantain maintenance records, service reports and equipment history
  • Complete projects by training and guiding technicians
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
