Instrument and Control Engineer
Qualifications:
- Must be graduate of Engineering Courses preferably in Electronics/ Instrumentation or in any relevant courses
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, marketing or business development maintenance and services (industry-specific experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office; with other software experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Promote company products and solutions to consultants, contractors and end users
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings
- Review tender document and specifications
- Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions
- Support clients during pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical clarifications
- Follow up on tender evaluations and clarifications
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and equipment; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures and requesting special services
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs or replacements
- Provide on-site technical support during breakdowns and emergencies
- Mantain maintenance records, service reports and equipment history
- Complete projects by training and guiding technicians
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
