Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- With at least 2 years valid passport
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
- Provide basic assistance to servers during peak hours (water refills, menu distribution, table resets).
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the hostess desk.
- Communicate guest needs, special requests, and seating details to servers and management.
- Assist in coordinating events or large group bookings.
