MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum 5 years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen foods, bakery or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and with Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Experience with mechanical tools and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Ensure plant availability through preventive, maintenance, rapid breakdown response, safe repairs, and suport for continuous improvement projects.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections according to the scheduled PM plan, record results, and close work orders.
- Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and mechanical alignment.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematic, and maintenance manuals; basic experience with measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches).
