Sushi Maker

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience and a pleasing personality
• The Sushi Artisan’s primary role is to perform duties that support both the front counter (Customer Service) and back areas (Kitchen Hand) functions.
• The role ensures high-quality sushi preparation, excellent customer service, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes with precision and consistency.
• Assist at the front counter with customer service when needed.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow Sushi Sushi safety guidelines and safe operating procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport Copy
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
