FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 1 year work experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the fitness floor and reception area
• Ensure classes start and end on time; coordinate with trainers on schedules
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Drive membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups
• Track daily/weekly sales targets and report performance
• Build strong rapport with members and create a welcoming environment
• Support retention initiatives and ensure overall member satisfaction
• Work closely with coaches and operations team to ensure smooth class flow.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining team discipline
• Support management in planning events, promotions, and studio activities
