Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in producing detailed landscape drawings, planting plans, and hardscape details.
• Able to translate design sketches into DC1 and DC2 landscape design stages, with clear progression from concept to construction documentation.
• Proficient in 30 modeling to support design development and visualization (beneficial for client reviews and coordination

Responsibilities:

• Lead concept design sessions, develop design options, and present preliminary schemes (layout, circulation, major plant palettes, rough hardscape concepts) to stakeholders/clients for feedback
