Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen foods, bakery, FMCG, or heavy processing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising and controlling the industrial production process during assigned shifts to achieve safe, on-spec, efficient output.
- Ensures manpower allocation, coordination with QA and engineering, KPI tracking, and continuous-improvement execution to meet production plans and cost targets.
- Allocate manpower based on demand, skills, and line priorities, and manage shift handovers with clear instructions and documentation.
- Monitor critical control points, processing variables, and equipment performance; initiate corrective actions for deviations.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues impacting quality, availability, or throughput.
- Lead and support continuous-improvement initiatives during the shift, including Kaizen, waste reduction, SMED, and TPM actions.
