GROUND HOST

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out processes, providing directions and information about hotel facilities, and ensuring an exceptional level of guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Welcome and escort guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with luggage handling in coordination with bell staff/porters.
• Support the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide hotel and local area information, including attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of grooming and professional appearance as per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with front office, concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Monitor guest movements in public areas to provide proactive assistance.
