MOBILE TECHNICIAN (iPhone)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues in devices
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices with precision, following manufacturer standards and SOPs.
  • Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and motherboards.
  • Perform functional and cosmetic inspections to ensure devices meet quality standards.
  • Use diagnostic tools, testing software, and manual checks to verify repair accuracy. maintain accurate repair logs, part usage, and device tracking records.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of tools, spare parts, and equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
  • Communicate repair status or issues with supervisors or engineering teams as needed.
