Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing or packaging industry
• Responsible for managing the company’s unique automated sterilization and pasteurization processes, as well as monitoring the automated production line.
• Conducts visual and sensory inspections (color, smell, taste, packaging) and closely follows up on the sterilization process.
• Operates and monitors a high-tech production line.
• Demonstrates strong technical insight to ensure stable operations and respond quickly to deviations or malfunctions.
• Must hold an engineering degree in a relevant technical field with a minimum duration of 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
