NURSING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Must have valid NCII certificate for Healthcare Services or Caregiving
• Must have at least 1-year experience in a hospital, clinic, or care home setting is preferred.
• IELTS not required (optional).
• Must have experience in providing basic patient care and support with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility), monitors vital signs and condition changes
• Assists nurses with procedures, ensures cleanliness and safety, and upholds infection control and documentation standard

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Help with mobility and transfers, including repositioning bedridden patients
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff
• Support nurses with basic medical procedures and care plans
• Maintain patient hygiene, including changing linens and keeping rooms clean
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
