Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• With experience in international restaurants in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf for no less than 5 years
• He should have the ability to develop the menu with the latest updates in the world of coffee and the ability to train, follow up on costs and address deviations from the system.
• With technical skills in making all kinds of coffee, whether drip coffee or latte art.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take accurate beverage and food orders, input them into the POS system, and process payments.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages t
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and napkins as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
• Educate customers about menu offerings, coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing supply orders when required.
• Upsell or suggest additional items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
