Electrical and Instrumentation Fitter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• Experience in in E&I tubing installation and or as termination master.
• Experience in installation, fabrication, and maintenance of stainless steel tubing systems for instrumentation and electrical interface.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, install, and align instrumentation and electrical tubing systems (SS tubing ¼” to 1”)
• Perform cutting, bending, flaring, swaging, and fitting using approved tools and fittings (e.g., Swagelok, Parker)
• Install tubing hook-ups for pressure, flow, level, and temperature instruments.
• Interpret and work from P&IDs, hook-up drawings, and isometric diagrams.
• Ensure proper slope, routing, and support of tubing to meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct leak testing, flushing, and support in pre-commissioning / commissioning activities.
• Work in coordination with electrical, piping, and instrumentation teams.
• Follow all HSE procedures and maintain safe working practices in hazardous areas.
