Procurement Manager
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor networks.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or PMP are a plus.
- Multilingual communication skills (especially in English)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to construction project needs.
- Identify and source materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in line with project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans to optimize cost and availability.
- Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks related to delays or shortages.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing, reporting, and budget tracking purposes.
