Field Engineer (Civil/Architectural)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in field engineering or site supervision within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and international standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution of work.
  • Conduct inspections of structural elements, finishes, facades, and interior works.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and material requisitions.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering solutions in real time.
  • Verify layout, elevations, and dimensions using surveying tools and techniques.
  • Support QA/QC processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, changes, and inspections.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Multilingual communication skills (especially Arabic in English)ps, and reports.
  • Support as-built documentation and handover processes.
