Inventory Controller
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent- Preferably Automotive
- 2 to 5 years in related industry
- Worked in Syncron tool is added advantage
- Knowledge of current and best stock inventory systems
- Supply Chain engineers
- Genuine or Multiband Parts experience
- Proven ability to work independently and with others
- Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
- MS Office skills
- Professional certification (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
- Tracks orders and execute orders to suppliers.
- Forecasting monthly orders
- Tracks order and investigate problems.
- Records purchase, maintains inventory database, creating report needed for stock control.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal customers.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Parts Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year.
- Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Parts Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
- Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
- Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
