LEAD MANAGER QC
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QC team, including inspectors for civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and welding disciplines.
- Develop, review, and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Oversee inspection activities across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards (ASME, API, ISO, AWS, etc.).
- Review and approve material certifications, test reports, and vendor documents.
- Ensure all non-conformances are identified, documented, and resolved with proper corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits to maintain QMS compliance.
- Ensure that inspection and testing records are properly maintained for project turnover and final documentation.
- Provide quality-related training and mentoring to QC personnel and site teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and practices across the organization.
