SUPERVISOR (HYDRO JETTING)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate hydro jetting operations for pipelines, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, and other equipment. Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower and resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Inspect work areas and ensure proper barricading, signage, and adherence to safety measures.
• Verify that cleaning activities meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs) for hydro jetting tasks.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings and toolbox talks with crew members. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and inspection teams to prioritize and schedule work.
• Maintain accurate records of hydro jetting operations, including pressure logs, equipment inspections, and cleaning reports.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures for safe execution of jobs.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
